چکیده

In section Three numerical examples, there are some errors due to wrong simulation. Thus we correct the results of the section in the following. In Example 1, the result of Table 1 is incorrect. The corrected maximum allowable bound of c when a = 1.1 is 10.78. Thus, our result in Example 1 gives smaller bound than the result of Yue [8], 23.9674. However, our work may give lower controller gain matrix. For instance, when c = 10, our stabilizing controller is
